1. Practice mindful breathing.
2. Communicate & provide feedback regarding the location and discomfort/pain level where applicable.
​3. Rest, drink plenty of water and no alcohol consumption in the following 24 - 48 hours to promote muscles recovering process.

- Full Body Trigger Point Theraphy approach (90 minutes session)
- A combination of remedial massage techniques including Jade Gua Sha on target/specific areas of concern
